J C Atkinson Exhibition Stand
J C Atkinson are the UK’s leading manufacturer and distributor of coffins and caskets and promote environmentally responsible innovation and product development within the industry.
Having work on previous exhibition stands for J C Atkinson, Symian Creative was asked to come up with a new design for the NFE in 2017. With a large footprint to fill, and limited time to build, modular units were created to allow for quick onsite construction and easy storage should the stand be used again. Making use of the full height limitations imposed at Stoneleigh Park, the stand used exposed timber that mirrored the main material used in the manufacture of the coffins and provide a natural finish that alluded to the environmental credentials of the company. The aesthetic of cubic construction was drawn from the popularity of commercial box parks and allowed for reconfiguration at future exhibitions.
Large format prints where used overhead to keep weight to a minimum at the top of the structure and introduced key branding elements.
